Our service

The Watch Platform is a conduit between private sellers and our panel of vetted UK watch dealers. We do not buy or sell watches ourselves and we are not party to any sale between you and a dealer.

Accuracy of submissions

You agree that all information and images provided about a watch are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Dealers reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if a watch differs materially on inspection.

Acceptance of offers

You are under no obligation to accept any offer. Once an offer is accepted, the contract of sale is between you and the dealer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Watch Platform accepts no liability for any loss arising from a transaction completed via our service.
