For UK pre-owned watch dealers

How bidding works.
Simple, sealed, fair.

Private sellers submit their watch. You place a sealed bid. They unlock all offers, pick the one they like, and you deal directly.

Dealers pay nothing. No subscription, no listing fees, no commission, no payment on winning a bid. Ever.

The bidding process

From submission to deal in six steps

Everything is designed to be transparent for the seller and profitable for you.

01

Browse submissions

New watch submissions land on your dealer dashboard in real time. Filter by brand, model, price bracket, or condition. Every listing includes high-resolution photos, box and papers status, and seller condition notes.

02

Place your sealed bid

Submit your best offer privately. No other dealer can see your bid, and you can't see theirs. This protects margins and eliminates race-to-the-bottom pricing.

03

Seller unlocks the offers

Once the bidding window closes, the seller pays a small one-off fee (just 1.5% of the average bid, capped at £200) to reveal every dealer's name, rating, and full offer details. See what it costs.

04

Seller picks a winner

With every offer side by side, the seller either accepts the bid they like best or walks away with no obligation. If yours is chosen, we introduce you both immediately. If not, your bid is simply archived.

05

Deal done directly

If your bid is accepted, you're both introduced by email. Arrange collection, payment, and paperwork directly. We step back and let you handle the relationship.

06

Build your reputation

After each completed deal, the seller rates you 1–5 stars. Strong ratings push you higher in future bid summaries and win you more business over time.

Why dealers love it

Built to protect your margin

We didn't copy the auction model. We built something better.

First look at off-market stock

These are private sellers who haven't listed on Chrono24, eBay, or Facebook. You see the watch before it hits the open market.

Margin-protected pricing

Because bids are sealed, you're not competing in a visible auction. Your offer stands on its own merit, not on undercutting the dealer next to you.

Short window, fast decisions

Sellers set a bidding window between 48 hours and 7 days. Place your bid and move on, no drawn-out negotiations, no chasing for an answer.

Zero fees. Ever.

Dealers pay nothing. No subscription, no listing fees, no commission, no payment on winning a bid. The seller covers the small unlock fee, you keep 100% of your margin.
